OUR STORY

Shake This started inside a health club in Springfield, Missouri in 1996.

Initially in 1996, Shake This was created as a profit center for our own health clubs. Our goal was to create a social environment centered around a shake bar. We knew if we wanted to make money our shakes needed to taste great and be something members would rave about and purchase repeatedly.

We spent years perfecting recipes, menus and ingredients to ensure the best tasting protein shakes available. It wasn't very long before members, gym owners and equipment reps noticed that our shake bar was a hit and they wanted to know more.  Today we are shipping over 500,000 lbs of protein per year and providing a full line of nutritional supplements to over 350 locations across the US.
